The Iowa Economic Development Authority’s Downtown Resource Center will present “Ten Essentials for Small Town Downtowns”.
This session is specifically designed for small towns, like those across Keokuk County, and we encourage business owners, government officials, and anyone who wants to keep their community thriving to attend. The presentation highlights 10 key actions that help small communities strengthen and revitalize their downtowns, with examples from Iowa towns under 2,000 in population.
Speakers will share photos, success stories, and challenges from Keokuk County communities, along with information on available grant opportunities for downtown improvements.
