This annual event started on the Sigourney Square to stimulate local commerce. Includes tote bags for the first 100 guests, punch cards, door prizes and grand prizes.

To facilitate initiatives that will enhance Keokuk County services, facilities, and overall appearance to improve the quality of life, attract new business and business expansions, and retain and attract new people to the area.

KCED’s largest fundraising event, happens the second Friday of November. Purchase tickets and enjoy dinner, drinks, door prizes, the $10,000 raffle, and a dance to follow.
