To build a stronger bond between retailers and business associations and work cooperatively to improve retail trade in Keokuk County. To organize and implement various events and projects to increase KCED’s membership and financial stability and improve its public image.

This annual event started on the Sigourney Square to stimulate local commerce. Includes tote bags for the first 100 guests, punch cards, door prizes and grand prizes.

Identify funding sources to aid in developing and expanding existing businesses, marketing, advertising to attract new businesses and residents, and fun community projects. To facilitate initiatives that will enhance Keokuk County services, facilities, and overall appearance to improve the quality of life, attract new business and business expansions, and retain and attract new people to the area.

KCED’s largest fundraising event, happens the second Friday of November. Purchase tickets and enjoy dinner, drinks, door prizes, the $10,000 raffle, and a dance to follow.
