Milestones are designated by the Iowa Department on Aging, with the responsibility to provide aging information and assistance to Iowa seniors aged 60 and older in a seventeen-county area.
Milestones is your leading source for programs, services, and information designed to help older adults and their families living in Appanoose, Clinton, Davis, Des Moines, Henry, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Lucas, Mahaska, Monroe, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren, Wapello, and Wayne Counties.

The Senior Citizen Center in Keokuk County, Iowa, encourages participation at the Sigourney site (214 S Main St). Attendance is the key to their success in keeping the doors open. If you are 60 or older, meals are offered at a reduced price every M-F at 11:30 am. The same meal is available as a home-delivered meal to eligible older persons.
